You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

A return request may be submitted if the product does not meet your expectations, including cases where the fit is unsuitable or you decide not to keep the item.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required (for example, the order confirmation email).

Refund Procedure

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Costs and Fees

  • Original shipping costs are free of charge.

  • No restocking fees are applied. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  • In cases of returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
